RESERVATION POLICIES



  • All payments are made via invoice


  • Private guests are invoiced including VAT. Companies are invoiced excluding VAT. 


  • A booking fee is invoiced upon booking and is due within 7 days


  • To confirm your booking, the booking fee must be paid by the due date


  • The booking fee of 50% of the accommodation cost (excluding extras) is non-refundable in case of cancellation


  • The remaining amount is invoiced after the stay


  • Cancellations made later than 30 days before the arrival date are liable for the full accommodation cost of the booking


  • The booking fee is valid for the booked date and can not be used for rescheduling to another date or fewer nights


  • The booking contact person is responsible for payment and compensation in case of destruction or damage to property during their stay


  • The booking terms must be accepted by ticking the box "I accept the booking terms" in our online booking form or by confirming the terms via email.
